Park events feature the best seating nature has to offer, so bring whatever you require to be comfortable in a low-profile way – a small blanket, a low-back chair (see below for details) or a stadium cushion. We also ask that you be respectful of the people surrounding you, share your space and allow room for others. And please maintain a clear pathway for aisles and walkways.
Note: If you leave your seating unoccupied for more than one hour, event organizers will remove it from the area. Learn more about our complete park rules and closure information.
General admission seating – first-come, first-serve.
Seating for low/high back chair and blankets only areas open 1 ½ hours before the performance. Low-back chairs have legs no taller than 6” and backs no taller than shoulder height.
No bicycles, skateboards or other vehicles may be ridden in event area.
Artown, in partnership with Reno Bike Project, encourages you to ride your bicycle to the park. Reno Bike Project provides free bike valet on opening and closing night and Wednesday nights in the park.
No outside alcohol. Alcoholic beverages purchased at event must be consumed within the event area.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
Keep the park clean – pack out what you bring in.
ADA parking is available near Wingfield Park. Locations include Barbara Bennett park (four spaces), angle parking on 1st Street (two spaces) and numerous spots at the Parking Gallery on the corner of 1st and Sierra streets.
